1. Who we are
My Tiny Baby World is operated by KuldneCommerce OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, Registry code 17574834, VAT , email hello@mytinybabyworld.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed in our online shop. By placing an order you agree to them. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence always apply in addition.
3. Products and prices
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible; colors on screen can differ slightly. Prices are shown in the currency you choose and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are not included.
4. Your order and the contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or if an item is no longer available; any payment is then refunded in full.
5. Payment
You pay with one of the methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider. For bank transfer, we ship once the payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described on our Returns & Exchanges page, which also explains our 30-day return policy and the exceptions for sealed hygiene and baby-care products.
8. Warranty
You have the statutory warranty rights for goods that are not as described or that are faulty. Please contact us at hello@mytinybabyworld.com if something is wrong.
9. Product safety
Use products only as described in the instructions supplied with them and for the age they are intended for. Always supervise young children during play, bathing and feeding.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage, except where the law does not allow this limitation, such as in case of intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
11. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at hello@mytinybabyworld.com; we'll do our best to find a solution. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where KuldneCommerce OÜ is established, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
